TRY BEFORE YOU BUY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General
Please read and understand these Terms and Conditions before accepting them. These Terms and Conditions are supplementary to the Specs-Store.com Terms And Conditions Of Sale and do not replace them.
Please Note; Try Before You Buy (TBYB) orders are currently ONLY available to UK addresses. Not all glasses or sunglasses may be available for Try Before You Buy (TBYB) Order and Specs-Store.com reserves the right to withdraw any currently available frames from the TBYB service.

2. Trial Period
The trial period commences from the date Specs-Store.com dispatch the Goods to You. The Return Date means the date by when the Goods are to be received by Us and is 12 days after the Dispatch Date and shall be quoted in the TBYB Check-off Sheet we send You. When returning to Us, we recommend you allow for sufficient time so that the Goods reach Us on or before the Return Date.

3. Non-Return Charges
Upon receipt of the TBYB Order, You must carefully read all instructions and determine how you wish to proceed, in accordance with the options presented in Clause 4. Specs-Store.com will charge your credit/debit card for the full cost if You fail to return ANY Goods ordered as part of the TBYB Order on or before the end of the Trial Period. If Goods are received by Specs-Store.com after the Trial Period and within 21 days from the original dispatch date and the Goods are undamaged and in a re-saleable condition, Specs-Store.com may offer a discretionary refund less a Re-stocking Fee.

4.Customer Obligations
Any Orders placed which contain TBYB item(s) shall be dispatched to You with the following six (6) items:
(1) Trial frame(s)
(2) Frame protective case - one per frame
(3) Lens cleaning cloth - one per frame
(4) Order Form including Specs Store Terms and Conditions of Sale
(5) Try Before You Buy Check-off Sheet
(6) Return Envelope

Upon receipt of the TBYB Order, You are required to select and action ONE of the following three options (A, B or C) within the Trial Period:

A. Purchase with Prescription Lenses
If you like any of the trial frames and wish to purchase them WITH prescription lenses, please complete the Order Form (4) and Try Before You Buy Check-off Sheet (5). Ensure to complete ALL requested sections on the Order Form as any incomplete information may result in delays with processing your order. Then place items (1-5) except for the Terms and Conditions (you should keep this) into the Return Envelope and send this back to us so that we can process your order in the normal way.

B. Purchase Frames only
If you like any of the trial frames and wish to purchase them WITHOUT prescription lenses, please complete the Try Before You Buy Check-off Sheet (5). You can keep hold of the frame(s) you wish to keep, together with one protective case and lens cleaning cloth per frame. Place ALL unwanted frame(s), protective case(s) and lens cleaning cloth(s) together with the Try Before You Buy Check-off Sheet into the Return Envelope and send this back to us. Please keep hold of the Terms and Conditions for yourself. Upon receipt or after the trial period ends (whichever is sooner) we shall charge the credit/debit card you provided for the cost of the unreturned frames.

C. None of the Frames are suitable
If none of the trial frames are suitable, please complete the Try Before You Buy Check-off Sheet (5) and place items (1-5) into the Return Envelope and send this back to us.
