Can't decide which frame suits you? Not to worry. We'll be happy to send you up to 2 trial frames before you decide. Here's how it works:
What Happens Next? You love the frames and would like them fitted with your prescription Complete the Order Form, ensuring all sections are completed, including the prescription which should be no older than 2 years Return all trial frames (incl clothes and cases) and the completed Order Form in the packaging provided within 12 days We'll make your frames with the correct prescription and send these to you Payment for these will be taken prior to us dispatching your order You love the frames and want to keep them without having prescription lenses fitted Keep the frame(s) you like and send back any unwanted trial frames (incl unwanted cloths and cases) in the packaging provided within 12 days Please complete the appropriate section on the Try Before You Buy form with the details of which frame(s) you are keeping and which you have returned We take payment for the cost of the frame(s) you decide to keep The frames are unsuitable and you want to return them Return the frame(s) in the packaging provided (incl all cloths and cases) within 12 days. If you wanted to, you may re-order another set of trial frames from Specs Store. You will be able to repeat the process once we have received the complete trial order. Please note that you must return any trial frames within the 12 day trial period, which starts from the date we post the trial order, otherwise we do take payment for the cost of those frames and associated cloths and cases. Please make sure you have read and understood the Try Before You Buy Terms and Conditions carefully. Trial offer may exclude certain designer branded frames. |
