The simplest way to order any of our frames and accessories is online. You may also order by fax or by post. Each method is explained in turn below.
Ordering Online
Purchasing your eyewear online from Specs Store is easy, just follow these four steps:
- Obtain your prescription (must be less than 2 years old) then log on to www.specs-store.co.uk
- Select your frame and colour
- Complete your prescription details and choose your lens options, both are optional.
- Either continue shopping or make your payment
And that's it! Simply sit back and your new frames will arrive to your door. And for complete peace of mind, we'll keep you notified on the progress of your order via emails.
Ordering by Fax or Post
You may prefer to order your Specs Store frames by fax or post. To do this, simply choose your frames, then download this form, print it off and fill it in.
You can then either fax it back to us here at Specs Store on +44(0)0870 042 0906 or post it to:

Please ensure you provide the following details on the form:
- Your prescription details if ordering prescription frames - remember, this should be no older than two years.
- A contact telephone number which we'll use to call you on so that we can confirm and complete your order.
If you do not wish to provide your payment details on the form, please tick the "Please call me for payment details" box and we will be happy to take your payment details when we call you back
